Orders may be eligible for cancellation before fulfillment begins. Once a kit has entered fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be available.

This return policy explains how Manuscript Genomics handles cancellations, kit returns, and sequencing services.
Unused kits
Unopened and unused kits may be eligible for return within a defined return window if the kit is not registered and no sample has been collected or submitted.
After sample submission
Once a sample is mailed, received, or processed by a laboratory, sequencing and analysis costs may be non-refundable because laboratory work has begun.
Damaged or failed kits
If a kit arrives damaged or a sample fails quality checks, Manuscript Genomics may provide replacement collection materials when appropriate.

Customers should contact support with their order number, kit status, and issue. Refund eligibility depends on fulfillment status, sample status, and applicable law.
